• Project requirements — number of images / animation duration / delivery date; preferred camera angles or walkthrough paths; time-of-day mood (day, dusk, night); output size (e.g. A0 print, 1080P / 4K video).

If you only have hand sketches or photos, we can still build the model for you — just tell us your goals.

It depends on project complexity, level of detail, and the number of deliverables. Typical timelines:

• Standard projects — 5–10 renderings: about 5–7 working days. Additional walkthrough animation: +5–7 working days.

• Rush service — available for urgent needs; exact schedule confirmed per project.

Factors that affect timing: total image count (10+ images scheduled by workload), scene complexity, rendering resolution/quality, and the number of revision rounds.

We keep the process simple and transparent:

• We prepare a preliminary quote based on your specific needs.

• Once a 50% deposit is received, production begins.

• Before final delivery, we confirm every detail meets your satisfaction, then request the remaining 50%.

• After a successful first collaboration, we can offer priority delivery and more flexible payment arrangements.

Yes — within the agreed scope. Free corrections include:

• Technical errors (model or texture mistakes on our side).

• Up to three minor adjustments per stage (material / lighting / soft furnishing tweaks).

• Minor lighting intensity or basic post-production adjustments.

Structural changes, new scenes, or style changes beyond the original brief are quoted separately.

• Client rights — after full payment, you own the usage rights to the final deliverables (JPG / MP4) for commercial and promotional use.

• Source files — 3D source files are retained by Huapei Design by default and can be transferred only upon separate purchase.

• Our rights — we may showcase the results in our portfolio/website unless contractually prohibited; credit may be retained in some cases.

• During any overdue payment period, ownership of all results remains with us.

You are free to use the renderings and animations in:

• Promotion & display — corporate websites, product pages, e-brochures, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), posters and print materials.

• Commercial use — real estate pre-sales, investment brochures, VR house viewing, product launches, project bidding.

• Publications & media — magazines, books, news reports (credit required), video ads.

• Internal communication — team reporting, design reviews, archiving.

8. Is my data safe with you?

We apply triple protection for your data:

• Contractual — we sign an NDA to strictly limit the scope of data use and protect your privacy.

• Process — project files are accessed only by the assigned team and stored on controlled, access-restricted storage.

• IP protection — we respect intellectual property and never reuse or disclose your materials without authorization.

• Production — Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (Beijing time), with flexible scheduling for urgent projects.

• Business support — available 24/7 for consultation; cross-time-zone meetings can be arranged for early-morning or late-night slots to fit your timezone.
